You can use the Pocket PC Directional Pad to quickly navigate PocketRSS with just one hand while viewing Feed data. The D-Pad operates slightly differently depending on the mode PocketRSS is in, but should be very easy to learn.
RSS Mode
D-Pad Navigationleft - toggle between RSS and View mode
right - display View/Filter popup menu
up - scroll up in listing
down - scroll down in listing
middle press - switch to View mode for the selected Feed
View Mode

left - toggle between RSS and View mode
right - display View popup menu
up - scroll up in listing
down - scroll down in listing
middle press - view detailed description
Today Screen D-pad navigation
(only available with WM2003SE or PocketBreeze)
up - previous item or scroll list/details
down - next item or scroll list/details
middle press - toggle between list/details or resume/pause detail mode item cycling
