This is beta release of the Idea Library application for the 
Desktop.  It is a companion application to the PocketPC version.

The desktop version does not require the PocketPC version.  However,
if you are wanting to use with your PocketPC you will also need to
install the PocketPC version 1.14 first, and then update it to 
version 2.00 which is included in this Beta release.

Desktop Requirements
--------------------------------------------
- Window NT/2000/XP
- MDAC 2.6 or greater, if you have 2000/XP you don't need to do anything. Otherwise,
	you will need to get the latest MDAC components from www.microsoft.com
- Microsoft ActiveSync 3.5 or later installed

PocketPC Requirements (if using a PPC)

- ADB Idea Library version 1.14 currently installed on PocketPC 
- or a previous 2.00 beta version

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
--------------------------------------------
- verify you meet the requirements above
- simply unzip ADBIdeaLibrary.zip, to a folder on your desktop computer
- if you have a PocketPC, copy the extracted files ADBIdea.exe, todo1.gif, 
and todo2.gif(based on your PocketPC CPU type) to the location of 
where Idea Library is installed on your PocketPC.  
Generally, \Program Files\HappyJackRoad\ADBIdea\

Using the Desktop version
--------------------------------------------

- Many features are currently disabled, as new versions are
released more features will be enabled.

- Use right-click popup menus in Left Pane for various actions

- To Add/Create a Library, use File|Add Library.

- To Sync a Library, select Library in Left Pane, then right-click in the 
Devices pane on the right for a list of options.
